From the South
Take B-1 exit off I-90 (Mass. Turnpike). Go 2 miles north on Route 9 and
make a left onto Van Hoesen Road. Our Buffalo sign is there. Travel 1.5 miles on Van
Hoesen Rd. (road makes two 90 degree bends). Cross railroad bridge and you will see
buffalo farm on both sides of the road
From the North and West
Take I-90 and go to Exit 11 East (toward Nassau). Travel approximately
1 mile to the junction of 9 and 20. Bear right onto Route 9. Go for 2 miles and make a
right onto Van Hoesen Road (see Gem Farms Buffalo sign). Travel 1.5 miles on Van
Hoesen Rd. (road makes two 90 degree bends). Cross railroad bridge and you will see
buffalo farm on both sides of the road.
Gem Farms Buffalo store will be on your right while the buffalo field is on
your left. Visitors are always welcome to watch the buffalo and take pictures (the buffalo
are not generally camera shy, but don't get too close). Just park off the road for your safety.
